Security with a difference

We pride ourselves in being the first security company to specialise in working with the vulnerable.

We do this through councils, housing associations and projects that support complex needs. When choosing us you will not get a generic security guard, but a DBS cleared, SIA licenced security officer that is fully trained to work with the vulnerable.

Our Testimonials

  • “If you’re privileged enough to work with vulnerable people, shaping their futures with them and have a great team to achieve this with, that’s a good reason to get up for work every morning! What I used to worry about was when my team left for the evening and I had security on covering the night shifts. Over a period of 10 years I had to deal with many issues due to security staff having poor people skills, lack of understanding of our vulnerable people and how to deal with their challenging behaviours. I rarely had the pleasure of having a consistent security staff team that I could develop and educate.”

  • “I see Stay Safe as essentially support workers with an added string to their bow. The fact that they are trained security staff gives both the staff team and clients a feeling of security and safety whilst knowing that there is someone else who is watching out for them and has their best interests at heart.”

    L.R. Project Manager

  • “After 10 years of working with generic security companies who, for the most part, secured buildings; I found Stay Safe who said they specialised in working with vulnerable people. They are trained in CSE, Safeguarding, substance misuse and domestic violence. Some of their staff have experience of working with vulnerable people, the selling point for me was that some staff are youth work trained, as this was the project I was managing and they are there to make a difference to service users.”

    J.B. Service Manager

  • “Brilliant company with helpful, professional & friendly staff.”

    A.S. Service Manager

    “Cutting edge service.”

    A.W. Operations Manager

  • “I gave Stay Safe a trial period and I’ve never looked back. They are filling a gap in the provision which is overdue for services that use concierge/security services as they can offer experienced and trained staff to meet the needs of vulnerable people. They are competitively priced, they value the services they work with and from my experience they take every opportunity to work with the service to achieve positive outcomes. They have an excellent ethos and I would highly recommend Stay Safe. Thank you Stay Safe for being there at short notice, caring about our vulnerable people and working with us to make us an excellent 24hour service.”
